Kimco Realty needed to show off this marquee mixed-use, adaptive-reuse project in Philadelphia to their investors as an example of the future of their business strategy, so we created this video designed to highlight the project as well as its greater significance to Kimco’s portfolio.

After finishing the investor tour project, Kimco asked us if we could create a new marketing asset using footage from the previous shoots, with a faster pace, targeted toward prospective younger-professional tenants. We said, “No problem.”
